Bathrooms from the coast road to the Ring
Lancing runs from the Widewater lagoon and the coast road up to Lancing Ring and the Downs, with the chapel of Lancing College on the hill above the Adur. Its homes range from flats near the sea to bungalows and family houses.
In many of them the bathroom is a modest room that has to work for everyone. That means fitting a bath and a good shower into the same space, finding storage that does not crowd the floor, and keeping the room easy to clean.
We begin by measuring the room and checking the plumbing, the water pressure and where the waste can run. Then we draw it in 3D, so you can see the layout, the tiles and the fittings together before anything is ordered.

A recent bathroom we designed and fitted in Lancing
The family wanted a calm room with a spa-like feel that everyone could use, and they asked us to think carefully about storage and day-to-day practicality.
We designed and installed the whole room. A shower bath with a glass screen gives a bath and a proper shower in one space, and a dark vanity unit keeps the everyday things out of sight.
Crosshead taps, a high-level cistern and a chrome towel radiator with a cream column panel give it a classic finish, set against soft grey stone-effect walls that keep the room light.

Strip-out to handover
Our installers take the room from strip-out to the final clean. If you have your own fitter, we can supply to our design.
