The approach
A quieter way to live with technology
A media wall should feel like part of the architecture, calm when the screen is off and absorbing when it is on.
We begin with the room: the sightlines, the light through the day and how you use the space. The screen, speakers, cabling, fire and lighting are then planned into the joinery from the first drawing, so very little is left on show.
Every bespoke media wall is designed in our Storrington studio and made to measure for the room it lives in.

Recent work
Lit display shelves in a painted media wall, with slatted backs and a concealed LED strip made for a collection of figures. Beside it, the Sonos soundbar from the slatted wall above, fitted tight to the slats with the cabling behind.
What we build
Everything the wall needs to hold
Each element of a media wall is drawn in from the start, so the finished wall reads as one piece rather than furniture with a television added.
- 01
Bespoke joinery
Cabinetry made to measure, often in the same materials and finishes that go into our kitchens, with shadow gaps and scribed edges.
- 02
Recessed screens
The television set flush within the joinery at a comfortable viewing height, with ventilation planned from the outset.
- 03
Hidden cabling
Power, data and HDMI routed through the wall and cabinetry, with equipment housed in ventilated, accessible compartments.
- 04
Electric fires
Set beneath or beside the screen, with the heat output and clearances designed into the joinery. We install electric fires only.
- 05
Concealed speakers
Soundbars integrated into the joinery, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, and subwoofers placed out of sight.
- 06
Ambient lighting
Dimmable lighting to shelves, slats and plinths, set to scenes for film, music or a quiet evening.
- 07
Storage
Drawers and doors for consoles, media and everyday things, with push-to-open or handled fronts.
The brands we install
Each screen and speaker is chosen for the room, its light and its acoustics, then installed and set up by our team.
Screen and sound
Sonos and LG OLED evo
Screens LG OLED evo, 2026

OLED evo G6
48 to 97 inch
The flagship, designed to sit flat to the wall. A low reflection screen for bright rooms.

OLED evo C6
42 to 83 inch
The versatile choice for most living rooms, slim enough for a recess.

OLED evo W6
Wallpaper design
For the slimmest possible installation, with the connections housed away from the screen and the cabling hidden.
Sound Sonos home cinema

Arc Ultra
Dolby Atmos soundbar
Cinema sound from a single bar, recessed or wall mounted below the screen, with the clearances Sonos recommends.

Sub 4
Wireless subwoofer
Deep, controlled bass, placed discreetly within the room plan or housed in the joinery.

Era 300
Spatial audio speaker
Rear surrounds for a true home cinema, or music anywhere in the house.
Models reflect the 2026 ranges. We confirm current models, sizes and finishes at your consultation. Product imagery: LG Electronics and Sonos.
The pairing we install most often. LG OLED evo screens give deep, natural blacks and a slim profile that sits close to the wall or within joinery. Sonos brings home cinema sound from a single soundbar, adds a subwoofer and rear speakers as the room needs, and grows into whole home audio over time.
Electric fires
Fire, screen and sound, drawn as one
We install electric fires only. With no chimney or flue to plan around, the fire can sit beneath or beside the screen, with its heat output and clearances designed into the joinery from the first drawing, alongside the screen and the sound. Working with our partners WH Supplies, we source the fire and install it as part of the wall.

How we work
One team looks after the screen, the sound and any joinery, from the first drawing to calibration, so the finished room works as well as it looks.
Consultation
At our Storrington showroom or in your home. We talk through the room, how you watch and listen, and the finishes you are drawn to.
Design
A measured survey and scaled drawings showing screen size and height, speaker positions, cable routes and any joinery, with a detailed quotation.
Preparation
Cable routes, power and data are prepared in the wall, and any cabinetry is made to measure, before anything is fitted.
Install and calibration
Installed by our team. The picture is set up for the room, the sound is tuned to it, and everything is handed over working.
Planned from the first drawing
Screen height, soundbar clearances, speaker positions and every cable route are fixed at the design stage, so the finished wall carries no visible wires.
Questions
Questions we are often asked
If yours is not here, we are happy to talk it through. Call 01903 357090.
How much does a media wall or TV and audio installation cost?
Every installation is designed and priced individually, depending on the screen, the sound system and any joinery. You receive a detailed quotation after your design consultation.
Can you supply the TV and sound system as well as install it?
Yes. We specify, supply and install screens and speakers from brands including LG OLED evo and Sonos, and we are equally happy to install and set up equipment you already own.
Do you install Sonos home cinema systems?
Yes. We install Sonos soundbars, subwoofers and surround speakers, including Arc Ultra, Sub 4 and Era 300, then set the system up for the room so dialogue is clear and bass is controlled.
Where do all the cables go?
Inside the wall, or within the joinery if the screen sits in a media wall. Power, data and HDMI routes are planned at design stage so nothing is on show, with access left for future upgrades.
Do I need a media wall for a wall mounted TV?
Not always. Many rooms suit a screen mounted close to the wall with the cabling hidden behind it. Where you would like storage, a fire or a recessed screen, we design a bespoke media wall around it.
Can you build a media wall with an electric fire?
Yes, electric fires only. An electric fire needs no chimney or flue, so it can sit beneath or beside the screen, with the heat output and clearances planned into the joinery at design stage.
Can I see your work before deciding?
You are welcome to call in at our showroom at 17 West Street, Storrington, any time we’re open. You can see finishes and joinery details in person and talk through your room, screen and sound with the designer.
Two media walls we have built
Both were designed and built by us, from the first measure to the last cable. One was built from scratch around a large screen and a full sound system, the other is a painted unit with plenty of storage and a place for gaming.

Grey oak, in Storrington
A new stud wall with a reinforced section to carry a 77-inch television, finished in grey oak acoustic slats. Every cable runs inside the wall, with access points built in for future changes, and the client’s own soundbar, speakers and equipment rack were planned into it.

Misty blue, in Lancing
A painted unit in soft misty blue, with natural oak acoustic panelling on black felt behind the television and shelves. LED strips light the shelves, deep drawers and cupboards take the clutter, and a ventilated space keeps the games console out of sight.
