Would I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
Not at all! You are welcome to visit our showroom at your convenience to explore our product offerings, enjoy a refreshment in our inspiration area, and schedule a complimentary design consultation. If you prefer to book an appointment in advance, you can do so by giving us a call or by clicking here.
Do I have to pay for my consultation
No, you don’t. This is all part of our offering. The consultation consists of a free measure up, followed by an invite to discuss your design in detail.
Do I have to pay for your VR Kitchen Experience?
Once your design is ready, we’ll invite you back to our studio to step into your ‘new’ kitchen using our immersive VR experience! This gives you the chance to explore every detail and make any final tweaks. Best of all, it’s completely free, we want you to feel 100% confident in your decision!
Do you provide copies of kitchen designs and plans?
We invest a great deal of time and expertise into creating bespoke designs for every client. For this reason, all designs and plans remain the intellectual property of Arun Kitchen Studio.
Once a deposit has been paid and your project is proceeding, we will gladly provide your finalised plans and drawings to support the installation and delivery of your new kitchen. Before this stage, designs are shared and reviewed in-studio but are not released externally.
Do you offer supply-only kitchens as well as supply & fit?
Yes, we do. We offer both supply-only and supply & installation options, allowing you to choose what works best for your project. If you already have your own installer, we’re happy to supply your kitchen and provide the necessary technical support throughout.
Who installs the kitchens?
Our installations are carried out by experienced, professional kitchen installers who meet our exacting standards. We work with trusted trades to ensure every kitchen is fitted with the same care and attention to detail as it was designed.
How long does the process take from design to installation?
Timescales can vary depending on the chosen kitchen range, finishes, and the scope of the project. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear and realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.
Do you handle the full project, including electrics, plumbing and flooring?
Yes. We can coordinate a full project if required, including electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, and decorating. This ensures a smooth, well-managed process with a single point of contact throughout.
Can I make changes after placing a deposit?
We understand that designs evolve. Minor changes are usually possible depending on how far the project has progressed. We’ll always be transparent about what can be adjusted and whether any cost or timing implications apply.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
Yes. All our kitchens come with manufacturer warranties, and our installation work is fully guaranteed. Full details will be provided as part of your quotation and documentation.
Do you work within a set budget?
Absolutely. We’ll always discuss your budget early on and design a kitchen that delivers the best possible result within it. Transparency is key, no hidden surprises.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Storrington, West Sussex, and regularly work across the surrounding areas, including Pulborough, Horsham, Worthing, Chichester, and beyond.

Do you only offer kitchens?

What are your payment terms?
We want to make the payment process as simple and stress-free as possible for you! Here’s how it works:
First Step: A 50% deposit secures your order and gets everything underway.
Second Step: Before your installation begins, the remaining balance (minus £500) needs to be settled.
Final Step: Once your kitchen is fully installed and any finishing touches are complete, the last £500 will be paid.
For supply-only orders, full payment is made when you place your order.
Do you hold promotions?
While we may occasionally run promotions, we take pride in offering fair pricing from the start. Our prices are set competitively, without artificial inflation, ensuring you always receive genuine value rather than discounts based on inflated original prices.
