A bathroom that still works in ten years
Littlehampton stands at the mouth of the Arun and takes in Wick, Lyminster and Toddington. There are older houses near the river and the seafront, bungalows and family houses further out, and plenty of homes where the bathroom was last done a long time ago.
When the room is being replaced, it is worth thinking ahead. A low step into the shower, a thermostatic valve, a handheld shower head and a basin at a comfortable height make a room easier for everyone, and they can look as good as any other bathroom.
If a bath is still wanted, a shower bath with a glass screen keeps both in one space. We measure the room, check the plumbing and draw the options in 3D, so you can compare them side by side.

A recent bathroom we designed and fitted along the coast in Lancing
This family bathroom in Lancing was designed around storage and everyday practicality, with a calm feel the whole family could enjoy.
We took the room from strip-out to handover. Wall-mounted crosshead taps feed a shower bath with a glass screen, and a dark vanity unit holds the clutter below the basin.
A chrome towel radiator with a cream column panel and a high-level cistern give it a classic look, with soft grey stone-effect walls around them.
